Please be aware we only take reservations for indoor tables. Unfortunately, any requests for outdoor tables will not be possible. Also, whilst we will always do our best we cannot guarantee requests for particular tables.

Bookings close at 11am for same day lunch bookings and 4pm for same day dinner bookings. If you are looking for a last-minute table, feel free to ring us on 01297 489215. For future bookings we would encourage you to book via the link below.

Larger parties. If you are looking to book for more than x10 guests please give us a call (if you can avoid calling at lunchtime we’d be very grateful).

Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are running late please call to let us know. Regrettably, we’re not blessed with space for a waiting area inside so arriving at the time of your table is recommended.

If you have children please count them as one guest when deciding on your party size.
If some of the children are smaller or will be needing highchairs please let us know in your booking notes.

Standing room. As a small coastal pub space is at a premium. We ask all of our guests to be seated to allow us the space to focus on offering great service. This is the same if you’re just popping in for a quick drink. Your understanding is appreciated.

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome in the pub but we do expect them to be kept on a lead and off the furniture. Please let us know in your booking notes that you will have dogs with you so we can do our best to provide suitable space. It is not uncommon for several tables to have dogs with them. Dogs that prefer to be away from other dogs may be best left at home.

All booked tables are given a two hour return time.

Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation by either text or email. We would encourage you to check that the date and time of your booking are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation please double check with the pub.

From May – October we operate a democratic first come first first serve policy so no table reservations.
